TERMS AND CONDITIONS:These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility.
Payment To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. The full payment will be taken at this point. On arrival you should register in the Professional's shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete. For Open Competitions book in at the registration desk. We use the services of Sage pay for online payments. All Sage Pay payment pages are regularly audited by an independent auditor to make sure they comply with the latest security standards. Sage pay employ 128 bit SSL technology to ensure your details are collected securely.
Cancellation Policy If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before you are due to play, you will receive a full refund of your payment. If you cancel your booking less than 3 days before you are due to play, there will be a charge of 50% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be a charge of 100% of the green fee made to your credit/debit card. For all refund requests ring the office on 01925 755020 option 1.
Course Closed If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund. Should an Open event be cancelled you will receive a full refund of your entry fee.
Booking Transferable The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
Handicaps We do not require casual visitors to possess a handicap but, you must be able to play to an equivalent standard of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). Entrants to Open Competitions will need to produce a handicap certificate.
Buggies We have golf buggies available for rent; ring the Pro’s Shop (01925 755020 option 4) for details of current prices and for bookings. Electric and pull trolleys are also available to rent. Players wishing to use their own ride-on buggies MUST show proof of insurance to the Professional before play. You may not use a buggy at Lymm GC without insurance.
Dress Code We have a dress code that applies to both members and visitors alike, to ensure the enjoyment of all. Please click on the link below to make yourself aware of our dress code Dress Code. The use of mobile phones is not allowed on the course or in the clubhouse except in cases of emergency.
Spikes Both soft and metal spikes may be worn.
