Competitions are followed by refreshments and a prize-giving presentation.

During the winter months we run the "Junior WInter Series" which is a 9 hole competition each month from November to March and is open to Juniors and Adults. These are team competitions and will use yellow/red/blue tees and will be open to those with a WHI and those without as well.

Golf Sixes

This is a team competition competing in a league with other local clubs. The format is 6 players, 6 holes pairs scramble and we play twice at each of the other clubs in our league. Holes are shortened to around 150 yards and the lowest handicap at the start of the season should be no less than 37 (you don't need a handicap as they are not used!). MCJL has been running for 30 years and is a team event for clubs across the region. We compete in a league with the winners taking part in a play-off. Teams of 5 play with the best 3 from 5 scores counting. Each club hosts a match and usually the legues consist of 5 or 6 clubs. Only players with a WHI can play in these matches.
