Online booking T & C’s
These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our Internet booking facility.
Payment
To book a tee time on line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure
on line payment process.
We use the services of Sage Pay for online payments. All Sage Pay payment pages are regularly audited by an independent auditor to make sure they comply with the latest security standards. Sage Pay employ 128 bit technology to ensure your details are collected securely.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before you are due to play you will receive a full refund to the debit/credit card used to make the booking.
If you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before you are due to play you will receive a 50% refund to the debit/credit card used to make the booking.
If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours there is no refund.

Booking Transferable
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time you can offer it to someone else as long as they have an active handicap.



Course closed
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed you will receive a full refund or transfer to the following year.

Maximum Handicap Index 33.8
Buggies
Contact the Pro shop on 01925 755020 – Option 4 for details of current prices. Electric and pull trolleys are also available to rent.
Players wishing to use their own ride on buggies MUST show proof of insurance to the Pro shop before play. You MUST NOT use a buggy at Lymm Golf Club without suitable insurance.
Dress Code
Competitors are required to observe both course and clubhouse dress regulations.
Mobile Phones
May be taken onto the course, we ask you to put them onto silent mode, only to be used in cases of emergency.
Spikes
Both soft and metal may be worn.
